Shipping & Exchange Policy

1. Shipping

WHITE ANT ships to most countries worldwide.
Delivery typically takes 5–20 days, depending on the destination.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of DHL/FedEx Express or another optimized shipping carrier, depending on the destination and delivery conditions.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other related charges (if applicable).

2. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed at the warehouse.
Please contact cskh@whiteant.vn to request an order cancellation.
Refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
Order cancellations or exchanges are not applicable to promotional items.

3. Product Exchanges

WHITE ANT accepts exchange requests within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order.
Products must be new, unused, and have all original tags attached.
Exchanges are not applicable to swimwear or underwear.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending products back for exchange.

4. Defective Products

Customers must report any product defects within 3 days of receiving the order.
Please send photos of the product and the defect to cskh@whiteant.vn, or contact WHITE ANT via Live Chat or another official communication channel.
If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, WHITE ANT will provide an exchange for a product of equivalent value, together with a free shipping code.

Note: WHITE ANT reserves the final decision regarding all product exchange and return cases.
