Detailed description: Sleeveless long dress, small collar, with a long attached skirt at the back, open back, adorned with 700 handmade crystals, constructed with 3 layers of lace + Aurora mesh + Japanese silk/cupro lining.

Lace fabric material: Aurora Lace fabric with 72% Rayon, 26% Nylon, 2% Polyester
Characteristics:
• Soft, lightweight, with moderate drape
• Slightly stretchy due to nylon
• Hand washable
• 3D lace patterns evenly spread on a thin mesh background

The product uses original metallic threads and has the ability to change colors complexly depending on the angle of light, like aurora or 3D images. Compared to conventional metallic threads, this material uses thinner metallic threads, making it softer and giving it a gentle sheen. The ability to weave thin metallic threads without breaking is a proud strength of Japanese craftsmanship.

Second mesh layer material: Aurora Mesh Fabric - this is the fabric used as the inner lining of the lace fabric, enhancing the colorful light effect.
Characteristics:
• Thin, light, translucent, but not completely transparent like organza.
• Smoother surface than regular tulle (as nylon makes up the majority).
• Slightly iridescent/color-changing effect: May appear pink, blue, or purple depending on the viewing angle - like a soft aurora on fabric.
• Has drape, does not cling to the skin like chiffon, but is not too stiff like mesh.

Fabric composition:
• 83% Nylon: High durability, strong, not easily torn, softer than polyester, provides a slight drape, not too stiff
• 17% Polyester: Provides stability to maintain shape, better light effect retention, does not get "flat"

Usage notes:
HAND WASH
• Lace fabric has a delicate texture and embroidered patterns that can easily fray, unravel, or stretch if machine washed.
• Use cold or cool water (below 30°C).
• Use mild soap or detergent for lingerie or delicate items.
• Soak the fabric for no more than 10 minutes.
• Wash gently by squeezing – do not rub or scrub vigorously.
• Rinse thoroughly with cool water, a mild fabric softener can be used if needed.
• Absolutely do not wring forcefully.
DRYING AND IRONING
Drying:
• Lay flat on a towel or drying rack to maintain shape and prevent stretching.
• Do not dry directly in strong sunlight; dry in a shaded, breezy area.
Ironing:
• Minimize ironing; if necessary:
• Use a steam iron or a low-temperature iron (below 100°C).
• Place a thin cloth over the lace surface when ironing to avoid direct contact that could damage the patterns.
FABRIC STORAGE WHEN NOT IN USE
• Store flat or rolled up; absolutely do not fold, as this can create creases in the patterned areas.
• Use acid-free tissue paper to line between layers if stacking.
• Store in a dry, mold-free place, avoiding direct exposure to strong light – as prolonged light exposure can fade colors or oxidize the lace fibers.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects or zippers – these can scratch the tulle. IF THE PRODUCT HAS CRYSTAL EMBELLISHMENTS, DO NOT WASH OR RUB VIGOROUSLY AS THE STONES CAN CAUSE FABRIC TEARS AND SURFACE DAMAGE.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
