W/SILK DOUBLE CLOTH
48% WOOL – 43% POLYESTER – 9% SILK

Fabric Composition:
• Wool 48% – natural wool fiber providing warmth, breathability, and structure.
• Polyester 43% – enhances durability, wrinkle resistance, and structural stability.
• Silk 9% – adds a luxurious touch with subtle sheen, softness, and improved drape.

Fabric Specifications:
• Nominal weight: 227 g/m²
• Actual sample weight: 318 g/m²
• Structure: Double Cloth (two fabric layers woven and bonded together)

Structural Characteristics:

• The 9% silk content creates a luminous, subtle sheen, elevating the fabric beyond typical wool-poly blends.

• Smooth and even woven surface with minimal pilling and a balanced drape, making it ideal for structured and elegant tailoring.

Manufacturing Origin:

→ Made in Japan, with the entire weaving, dyeing, and finishing process carried out domestically.

• Meets JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) quality requirements.
• High color fastness, dimensional stability, and surface consistency.
• Strict quality control for each production batch.

Original Design Development:

→ Developed as an exclusive fabric design by the manufacturer.

• The pattern, fiber structure, blend ratio, and weaving technique are proprietary versions rather than sourced from other factories.
• Ensures originality and uniqueness.

Care Instructions:

1. Washing & Cleaning
• Recommended: Dry Clean Only.
• Avoid prolonged soaking in water as wool and silk may shrink.
• Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.

2. Ironing & Heat Treatment
• Iron at low to medium temperature (110–130°C).
• Use a pressing cloth to prevent shine on the fabric surface.
• Avoid applying extremely hot steam to one spot for too long.

3. Storage
• Hang using wide hangers to maintain the garment’s structure.
• Store in a cool, dry place to prevent moisture buildup (wool fibers tend to absorb humidity).
• Use a breathable garment bag rather than airtight plastic bags.
