Fabric Characteristics:
• Triacetate fibers provide a silky surface with a soft and lustrous finish.
• Excellent shape retention and flexibility, helping the accessory maintain its elegant form.
• Durable with resistance to abrasion, shrinkage, and chemicals.
• Moderate wrinkle resistance: while triacetate naturally resists wrinkles, slight creasing may still occur.
• Fluid drape and premium-weight texture create graceful movement and refined femininity.
• Water-resistant, less prone to stains, and retains its structure well after washing.

Care Instructions:

1. Washing & Cleaning
• Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle using cold water to protect the fabric fibers.
• Use mild detergent free from harsh bleaching agents or strong enzymes.
• Avoid excessive wringing to preserve the shape and smooth surface.
• Do not overuse dry cleaning, as frequent chemical cleaning may reduce the fabric’s natural sheen and softness.

2. Drying
• Air dry in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and fiber aging.

3. Additional Notes
• Moderate heat resistance: use caution when ironing and apply low heat settings if necessary.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
