RAYON SPANDEX WOVEN FABRIC
(73% Polyester – 17% Rayon – 10% Spandex)

Characteristics:
• High stretch and excellent elasticity: thanks to the spandex fibers, the fabric offers flexibility while maintaining its original shape.
• Durable with strong recovery and comfortable stretch.
• More wrinkle-resistant compared to pure rayon, helping maintain a smooth silhouette.
• Rayon fibers allow breathability and a cool, lightweight feel, ideal for warm weather.
• Suitable for machine washing and drying under proper care conditions without losing shape.

Care Instructions:

1. Hand Washing (Recommended)
• Use cold or cool water with a mild liquid detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach.
• Soak gently for around 15 minutes and lightly clean stained areas. Do not wring or twist the fabric.

2. Machine Washing
• Select a delicate or hand-wash cycle using cold water and gentle detergent.
• Use an extra rinse cycle to ensure all detergent is thoroughly removed.

3. Drying
• Avoid high heat and tumble dryers unless otherwise instructed, as excessive heat may damage the spandex fibers and cause shrinkage.
• Gently remove excess water by pressing lightly or rolling the garment in a clean towel. Do not wring.
• Air dry naturally by hanging or laying flat in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.

Shipping

• International: Shipped via FedEx / DHL / J&T. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak periods. Orders must be prepaid in full (shipping fees do not include import duties). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.

• Vietnam: Free standard delivery for in-stock items (3–5 business days).

• Note: Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected after placement. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.

• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

• Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to modify or exchange (not applicable for discounted items).

• Shipped Orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. If your order meets our conditions, WHITE ANT will send you an exchange label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange shipping fee and any additional charges. Import duties and customs fees on exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once it has been inspected.

Returns & Refunds

• Conditions:

  • Items must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain.

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or odors, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Underwear, tights, socks, and lace leggings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and an estimated return shipping cost (deducted from your refund). The return label is valid for 5 days.

• Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (up to 30 days depending on your card issuer) after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
