Detail: A cropped wool cape coat, cut in a circular flared silhouette that drapes effortlessly over the shoulders, flowing with graceful lightness in motion. Finished with a concealed front closure, the design embraces minimalist elegance with timeless allure.

Material: Tweed Wool (50% Tencel, 22% Viscose, 10% Acetate, 10% Cotton, 8% Nylon)

Features:

  • Thanks to its distinctive weave, this fabric is breathable enough to be worn year-round, even without being too thick.
  • With a certain density, the fabric is slightly heavier than other wool fabrics.
  • While durable, it still has the potential to shrink during washing — therefore, dry cleaning is always recommended.
  • A “tailor-made” winter fabric from White Ant, combining two premium natural materials:
  • Tweed structure provides a unique textured surface, medium thickness for warmth, breathability, and excellent shape retention.
  • Wool fibers enhance insulation, body-odor absorption, eco-friendliness, and skin-friendliness.

Care Instructions:

  • Tweed is known for durability, but it is not indestructible. Since it is made with wool fibers, it can shrink if washed improperly. Always choose professional dry cleaning, and avoid hot water washing.
  • Before wearing, wrinkles can be removed with a steamer.
  • Do not use hot water or washing machines to clean this fabric.

The actual fit will appear similar to how it looks on a model with a height of approximately 165 cm.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

All orders must be prepaid in full. Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority.

Vietnam Orders

Free standard delivery is available for eligible in-stock items within Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

1. REQUEST PERIOD

All requests for product exchanges or product-related issues must be submitted to WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
  • The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
  • Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Lace leggings
  • Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.

WHITE ANT reserves the final decision regarding all exchange requests and product-related issues.
