Characteristics:
Crafted from acetate and polyester yarns that are initially knitted and then carefully unraveled using a specialized “deknitting” technique. This process creates a fabric with natural stretch, rich surface texture, and the signature dry-touch handfeel characteristic of acetate materials. With a balanced medium weight, the fabric is versatile and suitable for various garment constructions.

• Featuring 77% premium acetate — a luxurious material widely used in high-end fashion — the fabric offers many silk-like qualities including breathability, antibacterial properties, odor resistance, and exceptional softness suitable even for sensitive skin. Its fluid drape creates graceful movement, ideal for occasionwear and elegant silhouettes.

• The textured sand-like surface combined with a pearl-white tone delivers a refined, sophisticated appearance while enhancing the skin tone beautifully.

Care Instructions:
• Hand washing and dry cleaning are highly recommended.
• As this is a natural-fiber-based fabric, avoid soaking or washing with harsh chemicals.
• Use water below 30°C and mild detergent only.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.
