Crafted from Japanese Organic Cotton Lace (60% Organic Cotton, 39% Polyester, 1% Nylon), the garment balances a soft, naturally breathable feel with enhanced fiber durability. Layered over the delicate openwork base, individual lace flower motifs are meticulously hand-embellished, instilling tactile depth and fluid movement into the design.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash & Clean:

Professional dry clean recommended to preserve the woven lace structure and hand-applied floral details.
Do not wash in water or soak for extended periods.
Do not wring or twist forcefully to prevent distortion of delicate lace mesh and scalloped edges.
Avoid chlorine-based bleaching agents.

Drying:

Do not tumble dry at high temperatures.
Air dry and store in a well-ventilated, shaded area away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Ironing:

Iron at low to medium heat setting.
Iron on the reverse side or use a protective pressing cloth over raised lace patterns.
Do not apply direct high heat to delicate lace borders or elasticated zones; light steaming may be used to maintain natural fabric drape.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry environment.
Hang gently using padded or broad-shouldered hangers to preserve natural shape and prevent stretching.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Socks

Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.
