Care Instructions :
1. Usage
• Avoid pulling the sand jacquard fabric forcefully, as this may damage the surface details.
• Avoid contact between sand jacquard fabric and hard or sharp objects that could damage or tear the fabric.

2. Washing and Cleaning
• Requires gentle machine washing on a delicate cycle or hand washing to avoid damaging the fabric's surface texture.
• Use cold or lukewarm water and avoid harsh detergents that can damage the fabric.

3. Ironing
• Use low or medium heat settings to avoid damaging the fabric's texture and pattern.
• It is recommended to place a protective cloth over the sand jacquard fabric surface when ironing to prevent damage to the intricate surface details.

4. Storage
• Avoid direct sunlight to prevent color fading and weakening of the fabric's quality.
• Store sand jacquard fabric in a dry, cool place to prevent moisture and mildew

The actual fit will appear similar to how it looks on a model with a height of approximately 165 cm.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
  • The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
  • Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Lace leggings
  • Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.

WHITE ANT reserves the final decision regarding all exchange requests and product-related issues.
