The main bodice is meticulously crafted with two layers, while the sleeves feature a delicate single-layer sheer design. The neckline and cuffs are beautifully finished with hand-trimmed original scalloped lace edges. This exclusive design requires 8 hours of continuous, meticulous work by a skilled artisan to flawlessly secure the mesh lining and lace layers. Fully enclosed with 100% clean-finished seams (Clean Finish) meeting international haute couture standards, it is completed with an imported YKK zipper from Japan (designed with an inverted top-to-bottom closure) and a hand-sewn brand label for a timelessly luxurious finish.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Washing

Dry cleaning is highly recommended to maintain the durability and structure of the woven lace.

Do not machine/hand wash with water or soak for extended periods.

Absolutely do not wring or twist forcefully to prevent distortion of the delicate lace structure and the hand-cut scalloped edges.

Avoid using strong detergents containing chlorine.

Drying

Do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.

After dry cleaning, store and dry the garment in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Ironing

Iron at low to medium heat (Low - Medium Heat).

It is recommended to iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth over the lace surface and raised textures.

Do not apply high direct heat to stretchable areas or fine lace boundaries; light steaming may be used to maintain the natural drape of the fabric.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preferentially hang gently using padded or wide-shouldered hangers to maintain its natural shape and prevent the lace structure from stretching.

Do not clamp clips directly onto delicate lace areas or hand-cut edges to avoid indentation or fabric deformation.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects that may cause snagging.

Do not place heavy items on top of the garment for long periods to preserve the natural loft and shape of the lace textures.

The actual fit will appear similar to how it looks on a model with a height of approximately 165 cm.

Shipping

International: Shipped via FedEx / DHL / J&T. Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed up to 7 business days during peak periods. Orders must be prepaid in full (shipping fees do not include import duties). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.
Vietnam: Free standard delivery for in-stock items (3–5 business days).
Note: Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders cannot be modified or redirected after placement. We recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights.
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

Unshipped Orders: Contact Customer Service to modify or exchange (not applicable for discounted items).
Shipped Orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt to request an exchange. If your order meets our conditions, WHITE ANT will send you an exchange label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the exchange shipping fee and any additional charges. Import duties and customs fees on exchange shipments are the customer’s responsibility. If you need a replacement urgently, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund once it has been inspected.

Returns & Refunds

Conditions:
- Items must not be used for photo shoots, social media posts, commercial purposes, or personal gain.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, free of marks or odors, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Underwear, tights, socks, and lace leggings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

If eligible, you will receive a confirmation email with a return label and an estimated return shipping cost (deducted from your refund). The return label is valid for 5 days.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days (up to 30 days depending on your card issuer) after inspection of returned items. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
