Care Instructions:

• Hand wash gently in cold water. Avoid rubbing, scrubbing, or stretching the fabric, as this may distort the lace structure and embroidered motifs.
• Do not use harsh detergents or enzyme-based cleaners, as they may cause fading or damage to the embroidery threads.
• Limit dry cleaning to preserve the fabric’s softness and natural sheen.
• Lay flat to dry or hang carefully on a padded surface in a cool, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, which may dry out the cotton fibers and fade the embroidery.
• Do not wring. Instead, press gently with a soft towel to remove excess moisture and maintain the lace shape.
• Iron on a low temperature setting from the reverse side, using a protective cloth to safeguard the embroidery and lace surface.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

All orders must be prepaid in full. Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority.

Vietnam Orders

Free standard delivery is available for eligible in-stock items within Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
