Features: Produced using Raschel knitting technology combined with mole yarn to create raised floral patterns with depth, softness, and a highly decorative surface effect.
This structure belongs to the decorative lace category with strong sculptural characteristics, widely used in evening wear and haute couture.

• Ridge height: 1–2.5 mm depending on the type of mole yarn.

Care Instructions

1. Washing
• Recommended: Hand wash.
• If machine washing:
• Use delicate cycle
• Water temperature 0–30°C
• Use a laundry bag.
• Avoid hot water as rayon fibers may slightly shrink.

2. Drying
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not use harsh detergents or bleach.
• Do not wring strongly.
• Lay flat to dry or hang on a fabric-covered hanger to avoid stretching the edges.
• Avoid strong sunlight to preserve color stability.

3. Ironing
• Iron at 110°C or below.
• Do not iron directly on the lace surface as it may flatten the pile texture.
• Place a cloth over the fabric or use steam ironing at a slight distance.

4. Storage
• Hang the garment instead of folding or compressing it.
• Avoid friction with metal zippers, hooks, or accessories.
• Store in a fabric garment bag for protection.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
