(48% Wool – 43% Polyester – 9% Silk)

Fabric Characteristics:

• Double cloth construction creates a two-sided fabric structure, offering better form stability and a refined, structured appearance.

• Wool fibers provide natural warmth, breathability, and softness while helping the accessory maintain its shape.

• Silk content adds a subtle natural sheen and smooth touch, enhancing the luxurious feel of the fabric.

• Polyester fibers improve durability, wrinkle resistance, and help the belt retain its structure with long-term use.

• The combination of these fibers results in a fabric that is lightweight, structured, and elegant, suitable for refined styling details.

Care Instructions:

1. Washing & Cleaning
• Recommended: Dry Clean Only.
• Avoid prolonged soaking in water as wool and silk may shrink.
• Do not use bleach or strong chemical detergents.

2. Ironing & Heat Treatment
• Iron at low to medium temperature (110–130°C).
• Use a pressing cloth to prevent shine on the fabric surface.
• Avoid applying very hot steam directly to one area for too long.

3. Storage
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place to prevent moisture buildup (wool fibers tend to absorb humidity).
• Keep in a breathable garment bag rather than airtight plastic bags.
• Avoid heavy pressure or folding that may create creases in the belt.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

All orders must be prepaid in full. Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority.

Vietnam Orders

Free standard delivery is available for eligible in-stock items within Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
