Characteristics:
Wool knit lacy jacquard is a premium knitted fabric crafted from merino wool yarns with intricate raised jacquard motifs combined with delicate lace-like structures. Lightweight yet warm, this fabric is especially suitable for winter garments, offering the softness and insulation of wool alongside the refined elegance of jacquard weaving.

Care Instructions:

Dry Cleaning:
• Gentle steam dry cleaning is recommended.

Water Washing

1. Hand Washing (Preferred)
• Use cold water to prevent shrinkage.
• Use mild detergent or wool-specific cleanser.
• Gently press the fabric to clean; avoid vigorous rubbing to protect the jacquard and lace structure.

2. Machine Washing (If Necessary)
• Select a delicate or wool cycle and place the garment inside a laundry bag for protection.
• Avoid washing together with rough-textured fabrics or garments that may bleed color.

Drying
• Do not wring aggressively. Gently press out excess water using your hands or absorb moisture with a towel.
• Lay flat to dry in order to maintain the garment’s original shape and prevent stretching.
• Avoid direct sunlight, as strong exposure may fade colors or damage the woven motifs.
• Do not tumble dry.

Ironing
• Use low heat or wool setting only.
• Place a thin cloth over the fabric before steaming or ironing to protect the lace and jacquard details.

Storage
• Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity to prevent mold or damage to the fabric structure.
• Avoid hanging for extended periods, as knitted fabrics may stretch over time. Fold neatly and store in a fabric bag or box.
• Use scented sachets or moth protection to prevent insects from damaging the wool fibers.

Additional Notes
• Avoid wearing this fabric during heavy activities or against sharp surfaces, as the delicate lacy knit may snag easily.
• If stained, treat immediately with clean water or mild soap before washing the entire garment.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
  • The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
  • Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Lace leggings
  • Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.

WHITE ANT reserves the final decision regarding all exchange requests and product-related issues.
