Fabric Characteristics:
• Soft, lightweight, and elegantly fluid in drape.
• Slight stretch provided by nylon fibers for added comfort and flexibility.

• Features raised 3D lace motifs distributed across a delicate sheer mesh base.

This fabric incorporates original metallic shimmer yarns capable of reflecting complex color variations depending on the angle of light — reminiscent of aurora lights or holographic imagery. Compared to conventional metallic threads, these finer shimmer fibers create a softer texture with a more subtle luminous effect. The ability to weave such delicate metallic yarns without breakage reflects the exceptional craftsmanship and textile expertise of Japanese artisanship.

Care Instructions

HAND WASH ONLY
• The delicate lace structure and raised embroidery details may fray, stretch, or become damaged if machine washed.
• Use cold or cool water (below 30°C).
• Use a mild detergent suitable for lingerie or luxury garments.
• Do not soak for longer than 10 minutes.
• Wash gently by lightly pressing the fabric — avoid rubbing or scrubbing.
• Rinse thoroughly with cool water. A gentle fabric softener may be used if desired.
• Do not wring or twist aggressively.

Drying & Ironing

Drying:
• Lay flat on a towel or drying mesh to preserve the garment’s structure and prevent stretching.
• Avoid direct sunlight; dry in a shaded and well-ventilated area.

Ironing:
• Minimize ironing whenever possible.
• If necessary, use a steam iron or low heat setting (below 100°C).
• Place a thin protective cloth over the lace surface before ironing to avoid damaging the embroidery and texture.

Storage Instructions

• Store flat or gently rolled — avoid folding, as creases may permanently affect the lace motifs.
• Use acid-free tissue paper between fabric layers when stacking.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from humidity and prolonged exposure to strong light, which may cause fading or oxidation of the lace fibers.
• Avoid contact with sharp objects or zippers that may snag or scratch the tulle base.
• For crystal-embellished pieces, avoid vigorous washing or twisting, as the crystals may damage the fabric surface or loosen during handling.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Socks

Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.
