Material:  Recycled Polyester fabric with a composition of 50% R.Polyester - 50% Polyester

- Like traditional Polyester fibers, Recycle Polyester is also a synthetic artificial fiber. However, instead of using completely new materials, Recycle Polyester reuses old plastic bottles to create the fabric fibers

• Polyester fabric is wrinkle-resistant and non-stretch, with excellent abrasion and shrinkage resistance. Modern manufacturing processes help Polyester fibers to be tightly wound together, forming a strong, unbreakable structure.

• The smooth surface of Polyester fabric makes it difficult to stain and very comfortable on the skin. The mold and bacteria resistance of this fabric is also very good.

• Poly fabric dries very quickly. Lightweight, suitable for hand washing, machine washing, or high-temperature drying.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
