Fabric Characteristics:
Knit Acetate fabric with a subtle sheen and comfortable stretch, directly imported from Korea.

• The high acetate content provides excellent moisture absorption, breathability, and odor resistance, making it particularly suitable for tropical climates.

• The fabric offers beautiful fluid drape, giving dresses, skirts, and shirts a soft and feminine appearance.

• Good elasticity thanks to the spandex blend, ensuring maximum comfort and flexibility for the wearer.

Care Instructions:

• This material requires gentle care during washing and cleaning to preserve its color and elasticity.

• Acetate fabric is sensitive to heat and strong washing pressure, therefore hand washing is recommended.

• Wash with cold or lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, which may cause shrinkage and damage the fabric’s sheen.

• Do not use strong detergents or chlorine bleach, as they may damage acetate fibers and affect the spandex component.

• Avoid high-temperature ironing. If necessary, iron at low heat and place a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric to protect the surface.

• Store garments made from acetate and spandex in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place to prevent moisture and maintain fabric durability.

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
