Detailed description: Long-sleeved bodysuit, off-the-shoulder, with a twisted detail at the bust.

Material: Wool Lacy Jacquard fabric - Stretchy knit wool fabric with 86% Wool, 14% Polyamide.
This is a high-end knit fabric, made from merino wool yarn with a raised jacquard pattern interwoven in a lace-like (lacy) style.

Features:
• Natural wool material: Made from wool, the fabric has good warmth retention, moisture absorption, and slight elasticity.
• Exquisite jacquard pattern: The raised pattern is prominent, with depth, and has a classic style.

Water washing
1. Hand wash (preferred):
• Use cold water to prevent shrinkage.
• Use a mild detergent or a specialized wool wash solution.
• Gently squeeze the fabric to clean; do not rub vigorously to avoid damaging the jacquard pattern or lace fibers.
2. Machine wash (if necessary):
• Select the delicate/wool cycle and use a laundry bag to protect the fabric.
• Do not wash with rough fabrics or those that bleed color.
Drying
• Do not wring forcefully: After washing, gently squeeze out water by hand or use a towel to absorb excess water.
• Dry flat: Lay the fabric flat on a surface to maintain its shape and prevent stretching.
• Avoid direct sunlight: Strong sunlight can fade or damage the pattern.
• Use low heat: Use the wool setting or the lowest heat setting on the iron.
• Steam iron: Place a thin cloth over the fabric before ironing to protect the lace and jacquard pattern.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew or damage to the fabric structure.
• Avoid long-term hanging: Knit fabrics can stretch when hung; it is best to fold them neatly and store them in fabric bags or boxes.
• Insect repellent: Place sachets or mothballs to prevent insects from damaging the wool.

Usage notes
• Avoid wearing this fabric during strenuous activities or when in contact with sharp surfaces, as the lacy weave is prone to snagging.
• If there are stains, treat them immediately by blotting with clean water or mild soap before washing the entire garment.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
