The gown features a sophisticated boat neckline that hugs the shoulders to accentuate the collarbones, paired with a meticulously constructed waist seam and hip-enhancing structural cuts for a highly feminine silhouette. The long sleeves are tailored from a delicate single layer of sheer lace, featuring pleated puffed shoulders and slightly flared cuffs. The absolute pinnacle of this piece lies in the hand-cut finishing applied to the entire neckline, cuffs, and hem. The original scalloped edges of the Japanese lace are flawlessly preserved through a highly meticulous artisan trimming process; therefore, the original garment cannot be shortened, hemmed, or structurally altered in length.

The ASTORIA achieves exceptional visual depth through a luxury three-layer construction: the main Organic Cotton lace, an imported shimmer mesh lining with a subtle iridescent sheen and structural firmness to retain the perfect silhouette, and a soft silk inner lining. MATERIAL

Main Fabric: Japanese Organic Cotton Lace (60% Cotton, 39% Polyester, 1% Nylon)

Lining: Premium shape-retention shimmer mesh and soft silk lining.

Accessories: Imported YKK zipper from Japan, hand-sewn brand label.

Technical Note: The neckline, cuffs, and hem are finished with hand-trimmed raw scalloped edges; hence, structural length alterations or re-hemming are not possible.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Washing

Dry cleaning is highly recommended to maintain the fabric durability, shape-retention mesh, and woven lace structure.

Do not machine/hand wash with water or soak for extended periods.

Absolutely do not wring or twist forcefully to prevent distortion of the delicate lace structure and the hand-cut scalloped edges.

Avoid using strong detergents containing chlorine.

Drying

Do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.

After dry cleaning, store and dry the garment in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Ironing

Iron at low to medium heat (Low - Medium Heat).

It is recommended to iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth over the lace surface and raised textures.

Do not apply high direct heat to stretchable areas or delicate lace boundaries; light steaming may be used to maintain the natural drape of the long gown.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Preferentially hang gently using padded hangers to retain its natural shape and protect the lace shoulders from stretching.

Do not clamp clips directly onto delicate lace areas or hand-cut edges to avoid indentation or fabric deformation.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects that may cause snagging.

Do not place heavy items on top of the gown for long periods to preserve the natural loft of the lace and the shape-retention shimmer mesh layers.

International Orders

International orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, J&T, or other available carriers.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance.

All orders must be prepaid in full. Shipping fees do not include import duties, taxes, or customs charges. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier or relevant authority.

Vietnam Orders

Free standard delivery is available for eligible in-stock items within Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
  • The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
  • Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Lace leggings
  • Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.
