Origin: Italy
The fabric is primarily made from natural wool fibers. It is a rustic, simple yet impressive Tweed fabric, created by coarsely weaving thick cotton yarns with wool yarns to create a slightly textured surface.

Characteristics:
• The fabric combines natural wool fibers and synthetic fibers to enhance durability and shape retention.
• Thick, warm, highly durable, wrinkle-resistant, suitable for autumn and winter.
• Neutral colors are easy to mix and match with outfits.

Washing instructions: DRY CLEAN ONLY, DO NOT TUMBLE DRY, DO NOT MACHINE WASH

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
• The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
• All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
• The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
• Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

• An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
• Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
