Crafted from premium Japanese Organic Cotton lace, the ALTHEA features a luxurious Decorative Raschel Lace construction and an Openwork Lace weaving technique on a micro-fine mesh base. The design is layered over a deep black 100% Japanese Cupro lining, allowing the intricate lace patterns to stand out vividly with exceptional visual depth. The definitive highlight of this piece lies in the hand-trimmed scalloped finish at the hem, requiring an extremely meticulous cutting process along the woven lace motifs to ensure an exquisite, soft boundary.

The soul of the ALTHEA resides in the hidden craftsmanship within: the entire waistband is reinforced with premium Kufner interfacing from Germany for ultimate shape stability, while the internal stabilization details linking the main lace fabric and lining are hand-braided entirely by hand, complemented by a hand-sewn star hook closure. CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Washing

Dry cleaning is highly recommended to maintain the fabric durability, the waistband interfacing, and the woven lace structure.

Do not machine/hand wash with water or soak for extended periods.

Absolutely do not wring or twist forcefully to prevent distortion of the delicate lace structure and the hand-cut hem edges.

Avoid using strong detergents containing chlorine.

Drying

Do not tumble dry or expose to high heat.

After dry cleaning, store and dry the garment in a cool and well-ventilated place, away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Ironing

Iron at low to medium heat (Low - Medium Heat).

It is recommended to iron on the reverse side or use a pressing cloth over the lace surface and raised textures.

Do not apply high direct heat to stretchable areas; light steaming may be used to maintain the natural drape of the midi silhouette.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Hang gently using padded hangers or fold loosely to avoid stretching the lace structure and protect the seamless waistband.

Avoid contact with rough surfaces or sharp objects that may cause snagging.

Do not place heavy items on top of the garment for long periods to preserve the natural loft and shape of the lace textures.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY

Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier, please contact WHITE ANT for assistance with changing or exchanging your item.

Delivered Orders

You may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used.
  • The item remains in its original condition, free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear.
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact and included.
  • The item is not part of a category that is ineligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
  • Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

Once WHITE ANT receives and inspects the item, we will confirm the appropriate exchange arrangement.

Shipping costs, import duties, customs fees, or other charges incurred during the exchange process may be the responsibility of the customer, depending on the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT-RELATED ISSUES

If you experience any issue with your product, please notify WHITE ANT within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the condition of the item.

After reviewing the information provided and inspecting the item where necessary, WHITE ANT will determine the appropriate solution, which may include:

  • An exchange for another product of equivalent value, together with complimentary shipping where applicable; or
  • Store Credit equivalent to the value of the affected product, which may be used to select or purchase another WHITE ANT product.

WHITE ANT does not provide cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Underwear
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Lace leggings
  • Other items designated by WHITE ANT as non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons
  • Items discounted by more than 30%

5. FINAL DECISION

WHITE ANT will review the information provided and inspect the actual condition of the item before determining the appropriate solution.
