International Shipping

  • Carriers: FedEx / DHL / J&T (International).

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your billing and shipping details are correct before placing an order. For security reasons, we cannot modify or redirect shipments once they are placed. Your billing address must match your card statement and may require verification with your card issuer before dispatch.

  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. During promotional periods, orders may be delayed by up to 7 business days.

  • Dispatch & Tracking: We ship as quickly as possible and will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. WHITE ANT is not responsible for delays caused by remote destinations or adverse weather conditions.

  • Payment & Duties: Orders must be prepaid in full, including shipping fees (import duties not included). Any additional taxes or fees are payable directly to the carrier.

  • Quality & Returns: Please record an unboxing video upon receipt to protect your rights. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All items are thoroughly checked for quality before shipping.

Vietnam Shipping

We offer free Standard Delivery within Vietnam for in-stock items (excluding special made-to-order pieces), with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

Split-Shipment Orders

To help your order arrive sooner, purchases containing multiple items may be shipped separately at no extra cost. Please note that split shipments may affect the estimated delivery time.

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • All orders have an estimated delivery of 2-3  from when the order is placed. Tracking is shared once your order is on route to the shipping address.

Where is my order shipped from?

  • All orders are shipped from the UK

Are duties and tax included in the price or do I have to pay these on delivery?

  • Duties and Taxes are included in the price, therefore no additional fees are required. If DHL requests further payment, please contact client services at clientservices@whiteant.vn

Can I pay for express or next-day delivery?

  • We currently do not offer a paid next-day delivery, however, UK orders are shipped with DPD next-day delivery (unless you live within a rural part of the UK or in Northern Ireland, in which case your order will be shipped with DHL Express with an estimated Next Day delivery). All international orders are shipped on DHL International Express with estimated delivery within 2-3 working days. 

Do you deliver on the weekend?

  • All orders are delivered Monday through to Friday.

What courier companies do you use?

  • DPD for UK orders. DHL for UK rural areas and Northern Ireland
  • DHL for all international and US orders

What do I do if my order is stuck in customs?

  • All International orders undergo a DHL customs clearance event. Please note this is a DHL process. Should you find your order is stuck in customs, please contact client services at clientservices@whiteant.vn with your order number and AWB number.

Will I be charged extra for international shipments?

  • Customers in the UK and US will not be charged any additional duty costs on their orders or returns. Return fees may apply for Rest of World returns. Please note we charge a handling fee of $4.95 for any US orders under $250

How do I cancel my order?

  • Depending on the status of your order, a cancellation may not be possible; however, please email your request to clientservices@whiteant.vn.

How do I amend the address on my order?

  • Depending on the status of your order, amending address details may not be possible; however, once tracking details are shared, you can manage your delivery directly with the courier service

How do I change the size of the item in my order?

  • Once an order has been submitted, item/s cannot be amended or changed

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

  • We currently do not offer this service
  • How is my order packed?
  • All orders are packed in an eco-friendly, non-branded secure black box. Pieces within the parcel are wrapped in branded white tissue paper, and all accessories (leather goods/ belts/ jewellery) are delivered in a branded cloth bag.

What paperwork is added to my order?

  • No paperwork is added to UK and US orders; however, all ROW (Rest Of the World) will have an invoice form added

I need an invoice for my order, where do I get one?

When will my payment be taken?

  • Payment is taken once you submit your order.
